These services are provided by trained, qualified, and verified healthcare professionals, either directly by eHealthWeb or through trusted partners under our supervision.
2. User Eligibility
To use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:
✔ You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
✔ You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
✔ You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.
3. Booking and Payments
Users can book services easily through our website, mobile app, or by phone.
✔ Advance payment (full or partial) may be required to confirm bookings.
✔ We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
✔ Service pricing may vary depending on duration, type of service, and location.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring fair service operations.
✔ Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a refund (after applicable deductions).
✔ Cancellations within 24 hours of the service time are non-refundable.
✔ If eHealthWeb cancels a booking, a full refund will be issued.
5. Service Responsibilities
We maintain high standards for service quality and professionalism.
✔ All caregivers, nurses, and attendants are trained, qualified, and verified.
✔ Users must provide a safe, respectful, and suitable environment for service delivery.
✔ eHealthWeb is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during service.
6. Health and Safety
User safety and transparency are our priority.
✔ Users must share accurate medical information and requirements before service begins.
✔ Caregivers will only perform medical procedures that are prescribed and approved by a registered doctor.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable healthcare services, eHealthWeb is not liable for:
✔ Indirect or unforeseen damages arising from service usage
✔ Medical complications beyond the caregiver’s control
✔ Issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by users
