This policy applies to all users of eHealthWeb, including Doctors, Patients, Diagnostic Laboratories, and Healthcare Service Providers using the platform.
The eHealthWeb platform is operated by Sudish World Technology Private Limited and provides digital healthcare services including doctor appointment booking, video consultation, digital prescriptions, and laboratory test bookings.
By using the eHealthWeb platform, all users agree to comply with the terms and policies described below.
1. Privacy Policy (Healthcare Level)

✔ Generating digital prescriptions
✔ Booking and managing diagnostic tests
✔ Improving healthcare services
eHealthWeb does not sell, distribute, or misuse patient medical data.
Data Security
✔ Secure servers and encrypted systems
✔ Restricted access to medical records
✔ Secure payment gateways
✔ Protection against unauthorized access
Doctors and laboratories using the platform must maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
Data Sharing

2. Patient Terms & Conditions
✔ Provide accurate personal and medical information
✔ Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare consultation
✔ Follow the doctor's medical advice responsibly
✔ Pay consultation or diagnostic test fees where applicable
Patients understand that online consultations may have limitations and cannot always replace a physical medical examination.
eHealthWeb acts only as a technology platform connecting patients with healthcare providers and does not directly provide medical treatment.
3. Doctor Responsibilities
✔ Hold valid medical qualifications and licenses
✔ Follow applicable medical ethics and healthcare guidelines
✔ Provide professional and accurate medical advice
✔ Maintain confidentiality of patient data
✔ Recommend lab tests only when medically necessary
Doctors remain fully responsible for their medical advice, prescriptions, diagnosis, and treatment decisions.
4. Lab Partner Agreement
✔ Possess valid diagnostic laboratory licenses
✔ Follow approved medical testing standards
✔ Ensure proper sample collection and testing procedures
✔ Deliver accurate diagnostic reports within the specified timeframe
Laboratories are responsible for sample collection, testing accuracy, and report generation.
5. Platform Fee
eHealthWeb may charge platform service fees including:
✔ Appointment booking service fee
✔ Video consultation platform fee
✔ Diagnostic lab test booking service fee
6. Payment & Settlement
✔ eHealthWeb may collect payments on behalf of Doctors and diagnostic laboratories.
✔ Doctor payouts will be transferred according to the platform's settlement cycle.
✔ Applicable platform fees, taxes, and service charges may be deducted before settlement.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations may be allowed before consultation time. Refunds may be considered for:
✔ Technical failure
✔ Doctor unavailability
✔ Duplicate payment
Lab test refunds apply only if service was not provided.
8. Telemedicine Compliance Policy (India)
Doctors providing consultations must:

9. Prohibited Activities

11. Account Suspension Accounts may be suspended if:

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
