These Terms, Policies & Agreements apply to all users of the eHealthWeb platform including hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic laboratories and healthcare professionals who register or use the platform for providing healthcare services.

Before activating your hospital, nursing home, or clinic account on the eHealthWeb platform, please carefully review the following terms and conditions. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all platform policies, operational guidelines, and applicable service charges.

eHealthWeb acts only as a technology platform connecting healthcare providers with patients.

Platform Fee
To maintain and operate the digital healthcare infrastructure, eHealthWeb may charge a Platform Fee for services provided through the platform.

✔ The platform fee may apply to appointment bookings or healthcare services listed on the platform.
✔ The fee structure may vary depending on the services provided through the platform.
✔ The applicable platform fee will be communicated before service activation.

Video Consultation Platform Fee
✔ A Video Consultation Platform Fee may be applicable.
✔ The platform fee may be deducted from the consultation payment processed through the platform.
✔ The remaining consultation amount will be transferred to the hospital / clinic according to the platform settlement cycle.

Payment & Settlement
✔ eHealthWeb may collect payments on behalf of the hospital or clinic.
✔ Applicable platform fees, taxes and service charges may be deducted before settlement.
✔ The remaining amount will be transferred to the registered hospital / clinic account as per the platform settlement cycle.

Diagnostic Laboratory Services
Diagnostic laboratories associated with the eHealthWeb platform must ensure that all tests, sample collections and diagnostic reports are conducted according to applicable medical standards and regulatory guidelines. Laboratories are responsible for the accuracy of reports, timely delivery, and maintaining confidentiality of patient data.

Hospital / Clinic Responsibilities
Hospitals, clinics and nursing homes registered on the eHealthWeb platform must ensure that all medical services are provided by qualified and licensed healthcare professionals. The healthcare facility is responsible for maintaining proper medical standards, patient safety and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

Appointment Management
Hospitals and clinics must manage appointment schedules responsibly. Any changes, cancellations, or delays in appointments should be communicated to patients through the platform in a timely manner.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds or cancellations may be applicable in certain situations including failed appointment booking, technical errors, duplicate payments, or service unavailability. Refund requests will be reviewed by the platform administration before approval.

✔ Refund requests must be submitted within the platform guidelines.
✔ Refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment gateway policies.
✔ Once medical consultation or diagnostic services are completed, refunds may not be applicable.

Platform Charges & Service Fees
eHealthWeb reserves the right to charge service fees for providing digital healthcare infrastructure including appointment management, telemedicine services and healthcare service listings.

Professional Responsibility
Hospitals, clinics and doctors remain fully responsible for medical consultation, diagnosis and treatment provided to patients. eHealthWeb operates only as a digital healthcare technology platform and does not interfere in medical decisions.

Account Suspension or Termination
The eHealthWeb platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any hospital, clinic, nursing home, laboratory, or healthcare provider account if false information is provided, platform policies are violated, or any illegal or unethical medical activity is detected.

Limitation of Liability
eHealthWeb operates solely as a digital healthcare technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. The platform does not provide medical treatment and shall not be responsible for medical outcomes, treatment decisions, or diagnostic results.

Policy Updates
eHealthWeb reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time in order to comply with regulatory requirements or improve platform services. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policies.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the eHealthWeb platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
